A. Stream Fishing Season.
The stream fishing searson for non-members shall be established by regulation.
B. Fishing Methods.
Fish shall not be taken by any manner except with one line and pole under immediate control.
C. Permits.
Non-members must have in their possession a valid fishing permit, which must be presented upon demand by a Game Warden, and may not be transferred. Permit fees will be determined by regulation.
D. Fishing Hours.
No boat, float tube, ice house or vehicles shall be on a lake 1/2 hour after sunset or 1/2 hour before sunrise. No fishing before sunrise or after sunset.
